New tours for Amy Gledhill and Rhys Nicholson

Plus work-in-progress dates for Paddy McGuinness

Amy Gledhill and Rhys Nicholson have both announced autumn tours today.

Gledhill, who was nominated for best newcomer at the 2022 Edinburgh Comedy Awards, has announced 26 dates of her new show, Make Me Look Fit On The Poster, following a two-week run at the Fringe.

Producers say the tour is ‘about self-confidence, romance and bin bags’.

Gledhill is also half of the Delightful Sausage double act that was nominated for the best show at the 2019 and 2022 Fringes, and co-hosts the comedy podcast Northern News with Ian Smith.

Meanwhile, Australian comic Rhys Nicholson – winner of the Most Outstanding Show at Melbourne International Comedy Festival 2022 – will be performing a 22-date UK run after their full Edinburgh Fringe season at the Underbelly. 

Huge Big Party Congratulations! revolves around the stand-up’s recent wedding after long campaigning for  marriage equality in Australia.

Paddy McGuinness has also announced a host of intimate work-in-progress dates at Darwen Library Theatre and Bury Met in September and October ahead of his first major stand-up tour in more than eight years, to be called Nearly There.
